How much does photobooth rental cost in Kitchener?

Soft Hours offers three packages for Kitchener and Waterloo Region events. Package I (Digital) is $549 CAD for 3 hours — digital gallery, no prints. Package II (Print) is $699 CAD for 3 hours — digital gallery plus unlimited 2×6 instant prints. Package III (Extended) is $899 CAD for 5 hours — everything in Print plus two additional hours. Hourly extensions are available at $150/hr. Travel within 50 km of Kitchener is included.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking 6-8 weeks before your event is recommended to secure your date, particularly during peak wedding season (May-October). Last-minute requests are welcome — reach out regardless of timing.

Do you travel outside of Kitchener?

Travel within 50 km of Kitchener is included in all packages. Beyond that, a travel fee applies. Contact us with your venue details for a quote.

What's included in the digital gallery?

Every booking includes a private digital gallery delivered within 48 hours of your event. It contains full-resolution downloads of every photo taken — no login required, no watermarks.

Can I customize the print design?

All packages include a custom print layout. Before your event, we design a strip template matched to your theme, colours, fonts, names, and date.

What if my event runs longer than planned?

Hourly extensions are available at $150/hr. Arrange with your attendant on the day.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The balance is due one week before your event. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date.
